We like to work closely with all of our clients, whether they are hunting in the United States, Canada, Mexico or overseas. From a child’s first fish to a veteran hunter's wild sheep, each  trophy is important to the individual and deserves the same attention to detail that we provide each client.

J & K Taxidermy was established in 1988 by Jody & Karla Slusher. Jody did taxidermy 10 years prior to establishing the business with his wife Karla. Jody is the sole taxidermist, and Karla manages daily business operations.

Jody is certified in all areas of taxidermy through the National Taxidermists Association. He has received the “Award of Excellence” and is a lifetime taxidermy judge.

As our business grew over the years, so has the size of our facility.  In the year 2000, we custom built a 5000 sq.ft. shop / studio to increase our efficiency and better serve our clients. 

We specialize in wildlife trophies taken from all over the world.  We are a USDA approved establishment that works closely with U.S. Fish & Wildlife, U.S. Customs, and USDA, as well as brokers and shippers to properly clear and receive foreign trophy shipments.
